Malessa Fleenor
Executive Director
Malessa has served with The Arc Washington County since 2003. She began her career at Greene Valley Developmental Center, and has over 25 years of experience in the field. Malessa has served individuals in the capacity of direct support, job coaching and supervision in day programming, independent support coordination, family support and now as executive director of the organization. Malessa is from the East Tennessee area and holds management and accounting degrees from Tusculum College and East Tennessee State University.

Tammy Lowe
ISC Department Director
Tammy has served with The Arc of Washington County since 1998. She has over 30 yrs experience in the field. She began her career at the Dawn of Hope serving as direct support staff assisting individuals with daily living skills. She started out with the Arc as an ISC and progressed to Lead, Manager, and is now serving as ISC Department Director.

Angelia Luttrell
Independent Support Coordination Team Manager
Angelia has served with The Arc Washington County since 2003. She is the mother of a 31 year old Special Needs daughter, and came from Washington County Department of Education Special Education Department working 1-on-1 with children with learning disabilities. Angelia worked as an Independent Support Coordinator for 12 years before becoming a Manager with The Arc. Angelia is from the East Tennessee area and is involved with The Special Olympics Board and Planning, and Transition from School-to-Work Programs.
